Ciabatta (Italian White Bread)
Ciabatta means "old shoe" or "slipper" in Italian, and refers to this bread's rough appearance and irregular shape. This bread goes well with salads and can be split horizontally and cut into squares for sandwiches. This is large, dramatic bread full of huge holes and beautifully striped with flour.
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, spring water, levain, sea salt, touch of honey.

Olive Ciabatta
This bread combines two of my favorite thing: ciabbta bread and olives! This is a great companion for the Italian dinner.
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, spring water, levain, sea salt, touch of honey, extra virgin olive oil, olive oil cured black olives.

Flat Bread
This bread is inspired by Flat Breads of Uzbekistan. I visited Uzbekistan a number of times in the past and fell in love with this bread.
I recreated the taste but changed the appearance a little bit to make the bread fancier. It goes very well with Mediterranean and Asian food.
Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, spring water, levain, olive oil, sesame seed oil, buttermilk, sea salt, seed mixture.
